Donors understand and agree that Conquer Cancer and ASCO retain and are responsible for exercising full control over their programs, governance, management, and operations, and that you will not be involved in the selection of the particular programs and/or recipients that the Gift Amount will be used to support. Conquer Cancer will deploy gift funds by identifying appropriate programs, projects, and/or recipients for support, in its sole discretion.
